Heritage Assembly began as a fellowship of passionate believers in September 1989 under the pastoral care of Pastor Oje Ohiwerei. Meetings started with a Sunday afternoon service, before moving to its first property a year later. The mandate was clear ‘to build the people according to the prescribed pattern of God’s Word and to raise a people unto the name of the Lord.
