Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request deletion of your Heritage Assembly account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Heritage Assembly app
Go to More tab (bottom right)
Tap Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision

Data that will be deleted:

Your account profile and settings
Messages sent in Grace Rooms and direct messages
Friend connections and requests
Game progress and Shekels balance
Watch history and devotional views
All other personal data

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be removed within 30 days of your request.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at support@heritageassembly.net with your registered email address or click the link below:
